Bishop is currently a Junior Girl Scout for the past 6 years (as of 2011).
She recently received her honorary black belt in karate. Bishop was just 2 months shy of earning her black belt when she was diagnosed. |

| My Story: |
Diagnosed March 2009 with a brainstem tumor called Ganglioglioma. Surgery deemed this tumor "inoperable". Was then diagnosed shortly after with seizures. The max dose of radiation & 15 mos. of chemo could not cure Bishop of her tumor.
Bishop has chronic pneumonia and is currently fed through a g-tube, has a shunt, and a trach. |
